About Delta Schools

Welcome to the Delta Middle and Delta High Schools! In 2024, we celebrated our 50th anniversary of being democratic schools governed by students, teachers/staff, and families and focused on community and diversity. In 2025, the Delta Program became two official schools. Because we strive to reach consensus in decision making, school policies are actively discussed, debated, and voted on. Another hallmark is that teachers and students develop courses together. Fun fact: Students, teachers, staff and administration are all on a first-name basis.

Honoring State High Veterans

In the high school, we have a military wall of honor that recognizes alumni who have served in the military. All six branches of the military are represented, and there are plaques containing each person’s name and graduation year.
